Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
ProgramHQ is a professional community for coaches. These rules keep it useful and trustworthy. They apply to everything you post — profiles, posts, comments, play diagrams, messages, and job postings.
Be professional
Don't do any of the following on ProgramHQ:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Impersonating another person, coach, school, or organization.
- Posting false, misleading, or fake job postings, or applying in bad faith.
- Spam, repetitive self-promotion, or unsolicited advertising.
- Sharing someone else's private or personal information without their permission.
- Posting content you don't have the rights to, including copyrighted film, images, or logos.
- Illegal activity, or content that is obscene or that exploits or endangers minors.
- Scraping, bulk-harvesting data, or attempting to disrupt or circumvent the platform's security or moderation.
Student-athletes and minors
Do not post private information about minor student-athletes. ProgramHQ is a network for coaching professionals — it is not a place for student rosters, student records, or student personal data.
How we enforce this
You can report content or block another coach from any profile, post, comment, or message. We review reports and may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or remove accounts. Repeat violations — and repeat copyright infringement — can result in a permanent ban.
Reporting a problem
Use the Report button on a post, comment, or profile, or email admin@theprogramhq.com. To report copyright infringement specifically, see our DMCA Policy.
