These Terms govern your use of ProgramHQ, operated by The Program HQ LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, Texas (“ProgramHQ,” “we,” “us”). ProgramHQ was previously operated by Arnic Business Solutions; as of September 28, 2026, it is operated by The Program HQ LLC. By creating an account or using ProgramHQ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a coach, athletic director, campus coordinator, or other athletics professional — or someone seeking such a role — to use ProgramHQ.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account, and for keeping your login secure. Coach, Athletic Director, and Campus Coordinator accounts require a valid school email for verification.
Acceptable use
Your use of ProgramHQ is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post — profiles, posts, comments, play diagrams, messages, and job postings. You grant ProgramHQ a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content on the platform as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
Job postings and hiring
ProgramHQ is a place to post and discover coaching opportunities and to express interest. We are not an employer, we are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship, and we do not guarantee any job, applicant, or outcome. Always verify details directly with the school or district.
Service provided “as is”
ProgramHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Program HQ LLC and ProgramHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Program HQ LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content or your misuse of the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms, and our rights and obligations under them, to an affiliate or successor, including in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without your consent. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ProgramHQ after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
